E é aqui que muitos gestores sentem dificuldade: como mensurar os resultados do meu projeto?

Como resposta, eu poderia trazer à vocês diversas metodologias, contudo, o que ninguém te conta é que dentro das metodologias o ponto em comum é os indicadores, também conhecidos como KPIs (em inglês Key Performance Indicators, os Indicadores-Chave de Desempenho).

E o que são os indicadores?

Os indicadores são referências/parâmetros quantitativos ou qualitativos que contribuem para que consigamos compreender se as atividades do projeto estão sendo bem realizadas e alcançando os objetivos pré-definidos.

Entretanto, quando aplicamos este conceito dentro de projetos sociais, os indicadores passam a ser um pouco mais complexos, a partir do momento que estamos trabalhando com mudanças locais, ou seja, mudanças na vida das pessoas e não apenas na apresentação de números.
